The Territory Sales Manager – Kidney Stone Treatment Devices role is remote in the United States, with the employee living in or around the Phoenix, AZ territory. Compensation includes a $120,000 base salary and $140,000 annualized variable compensation. Calyxo develops medical devices intended to improve kidney stone treatment. The manager drives adoption of Calyxo’s CVAC technology among physicians and meets territory sales goals. The role develops customer accounts, provides product and clinical training support in partnership with Professional Education, and maintains relationships with urologists and other key customers through frequent field travel.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
• maintain territory plans and provide monthly forecasts
• communicate product value to customers
• qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts for product adoption
• report market conditions and recommend commercial process improvements
• partner with Professional Education on clinical and training support
• build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
• coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and finance
• support product complaint and safety issue resolution
• maintain facility credentials
• manage travel and expenses within budget
• comply with applicable policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act requirements.
