The Framer role is an onsite position based in Los Fresnos, TX, with a pay rate of $15.00/hour. This role supports the residential construction team at ResourceMFG. This role exists to construct the structural framework for new residential homes. It contributes to the team by reading blueprints, assembling wood components, and ensuring all framing meets construction standards.

What you'll do

• Build and install wall, floor, and roof framing for new homes
• Read and follow construction plans and measurements
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials
• Install trusses, rafters, and structural components
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and construction standards
• Assist with general labor duties as needed.
