Kids Care Facilitator (PM)

The Kids Care Facilitator (PM) role is onsite in Avondale, AZ. Pay is $18 per hour. The position supports Sun Valley Education’s afternoon Kids Care program, which serves scholars in a nurturing school community. The facilitator supervises students, helps carry out planned activities, and communicates with families and school staff. The role contributes to a safe, engaging, and inclusive after-school environment that supports students’ well-being and participation.

What you'll do

• Supervise students during activities and transitions
• support student safety and well-being
• carry out planned, developmentally appropriate activities
• promote positive behavior and inclusion
• communicate with parents, students, coworkers, and school staff
• attend staff meetings
• provide oral and written reports as needed
• follow program policies and applicable standards.

Why this role

The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:00–6:00 PM and Wednesday from 12:00–6:00 PM. Requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of relevant experience, an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, current tuberculosis test results, and current in-person First Aid and CPR certification.
