What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution
• follow site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns and escalate as required
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials when required
• maintain activity and incident documentation
• remain alert to changing conditions.
