Description

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Maximizes overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Accountable for overall clinical outcomes of assigned center. Spends a portion of time on direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties.
