What you'll do

• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, leasing, budgeting, collections, marketing, renewals, contracts, and audits
• assist with budgets and monitor financial performance
• serve residents and prospects
• develop marketing strategies
• hire, train, and supervise staff
• review leasing files and enforce lease rules
• manage vendor relationships
• inspect properties and report deficiencies
• respond to emergencies
• travel to support additional properties.
