Preschool Teacher Assistant

The Preschool Teacher Assistant works onsite in Goodlettsville, TN, earning $14.85–$15.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Support the Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, and classroom routines
• supervise and positively guide children
• maintain a safe and engaging classroom
• encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• assist with meals, transitions, arrival, dismissal, play, and daily care
• maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• support observations and documentation
• communicate with children, families, teachers, and administration
• follow academy policies and Tennessee licensing requirements.
