The Phlebotomist — Full-Time role is onsite at a VA clinic in Silverdale, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $30.04–$35.13 per hour. A-Team Solutions is seeking a phlebotomist to provide outpatient veteran services and process laboratory specimens.

What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture on outpatient veterans
• accession and process laboratory specimens according to VA and College of American Pathologists regulations
• greet patients and log specimen orders
• follow laboratory procedures
• and communicate daily laboratory status and issues to team members and senior management.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma, completion of a NAACLS-certified phlebotomy training program, at least one year of phlebotomy experience, and specimen accessioning and processing experience. PBT certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology, or eligibility pending within three months of start, is required.
