What you'll do

• Lead the department’s development and integrate arts leadership, civic engagement, and creative agency into the student experience
• collaborate with CEPS and Academic Affairs
• supervise the OCSES team and evaluate courses, workshops, internships, grants, and other offerings
• advise students on career planning, resumes, grants, auditions, and applications
• manage internal and external internships
• consult with faculty on embedding professional skills in curricula
• oversee budgets, grants, student workers, external partnerships, marketing, and restricted funds
• and work with Alumni Engagement and institutional departments on mentorship and funding.
