What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for software and product engineering roles
• use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing approaches
• conduct phone screens and assess technical alignment
• manage candidate communications through the interview lifecycle
• maintain accurate ATS pipelines
• partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team
• provide market insights and recommendations
• build talent pipelines for specialized technical positions.
