What you'll do

• Own regional RevPAR, rate and occupancy performance against plan
• make pricing decisions using comparable properties, seasonality, and local events
• manage length-of-stay rules and pricing
• oversee channel positioning, rate parity, and promotions
• identify underperforming units and work with local GMs and the supply team on fixes
• prepare weekly forecasts and explain pricing decisions to GMs and property partners.
