What you'll do

• Advise on laws and regulations across bank business lines
• review, draft, and negotiate third-party agreements
• support policies and governance frameworks
• assist with disputes, regulatory inquiries, exams, audits, and reviews
• assess risks in new business lines, third parties, systems, products, and services
• support compliance oversight for FinTech partners
• report compliance activities and maintain procedures and records.
