What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers and Owner-Operators
• source, screen, and coordinate interviews
• oversee onboarding and driver qualification files
• verify licenses, medical certificates, employment history, and motor vehicle records
• administer screening and drug-testing processes
• monitor regulatory compliance, audits, and safety records
• collaborate with operations, safety, human resources, and payroll. Travel 30% is specified.
