Senior Project Manager, Construction

The Senior Project Manager, Construction role is onsite in Richmond, VA. Pay is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Atlantic Constructors is an established Mid-Atlantic construction industry leader. The manager provides overall direction for two or more projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver work within schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. The role also supports estimating, client relationships, project documentation, and new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage two or more projects
• plan and staff key field positions
• establish project objectives and performance standards
• liaise with clients and architect/engineer contacts
• assist with estimating
• monitor construction schedule and budget
• investigate serious issues and implement corrective measures
• maintain project schedules, submittal logs, change-request documentation, and close-out documents
• coordinate construction meetings
• manage subcontractor and supplier communications
• monitor quality, productivity, costs, safety, and payment processes
• oversee staff performance.
