What you'll do
- Direct and supervise hourly team members during assigned shifts
- support task completion and food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- train team members using company tools
- assist with equipment and facility upkeep
- perform register, safe, and deposit tasks
- respond to guest complaints
- attend meetings and training
- monitor cleanliness
- and recommend disciplinary action when appropriate. The role does not include hiring or terminating team members.
