HVAC Lead Installer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Install and replace HVAC equipment, ductwork, split systems, and rooftop package units
• maintain the company vehicle and stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
• travel to job sites and coordinate schedules with dispatch
• design duct systems for comfort and efficiency
• discuss customer concerns and potential accessory or replacement options
• prepare invoices and paperwork and process card payments
• participate in training
• coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
