What you'll do

• Inspect detailers’ work against company quality standards
• communicate quality and production expectations
• identify detailers’ strengths to inform assignments
• ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed
• train team members on standard operating procedures
• assist with final detailing
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• log inspected vehicle information
• photograph and stage vehicles
• run detail-shop inventory reports
• report equipment issues.
