Job overview

What you'll do

• Prepare and produce menu items at chip, grill, shake, Southwest, or expo stations
• portion and store food
• maintain station equipment and supplies
• follow food rotation and storage procedures
• keep workstations sanitary and organized
• clean and stock stations
• wash dishes
• maintain fryers
• coordinate food flow and presentation.
