The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Installer Lead role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. Compensation is $33–$36 per hour. The role supports Southwest Electrical Contracting Services’ installation, maintenance, and repair work for commercial and industrial clients. The lead coordinates installers and project work to ensure building automation systems are installed and maintained safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role contributes through team planning, technical troubleshooting, client communication, and accurate project records.

Why this role
