What you'll do

• Act as interim supervisor in the Assistant Director’s absence
• provide training and oversight to housing staff
• review and correct monthly recertifications
• verify income, expenses, and eligibility information
• process household, income, and rent changes and prepare HUD 50058 forms
• review admissions files and applications
• conduct intake briefings and issue vouchers
• counsel participants on subsidy, affordability, and program obligations
• coordinate portability and referrals
• communicate housing quality standards to landlords and tenants.
