What you'll do

• Provide individualized attention according to resident care plans
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and other care needs within scope
• maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
• report suspected abuse or rights violations
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• protect resident belongings
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• support skin integrity
• answer call bells
• perform assigned tasks such as vital signs and weights
• document activities of daily living and care
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• assist with orientation and escort residents as needed
• support quality assurance and performance improvement.
