What you'll do

• Oversee employee attendance and punctuality
• lead and manage the warehouse team
• prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• handle workers’ compensation and injury events
• conduct safety meetings and walks
• certify employees on material handling equipment
• manage timekeeping
• maintain reports and employee records
• issue disciplinary actions when necessary
• undertake additional directed tasks.
