Field Engineer — Computer Hardware Repair

What you'll do

• Respond to assigned laptop and desktop repair requests
• replace hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
• perform whole-unit swaps
• repair or replace PC peripherals
• close service tickets in real time using the company Call Management system and a company-provided phone.
