The Direct Support Professional - Residential, Overnight role is onsite in Brockport, NY, working Sunday through Tuesday from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., 30 hours per week; Wednesday through Saturday are off. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour plus a $0.50 overnight shift differential. Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to foster independence, dignity, and respect. The professional provides personal care and daily living support, promotes independence and social skills, and helps ensure individuals’ health and safety. The role also implements and documents individualized service plans and supports community participation.

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• help ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community activities
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training.
