What you'll do

• Manage program operations, personnel, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and compliance
• supervise and consult with the clinical team
• assign and review cases
• monitor program effectiveness, costs, risks, and improvement opportunities
• coordinate client support and community referrals
• complete case plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
• lead staff meetings and review billing.
