What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing controlling activities
• maintain standard costing, bill-of-material structures, labor rates, and overhead allocation models
• analyze manufacturing variances
• ensure accurate inventory valuation and product costing
• support month-end close
• lead operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts
• develop financial models for capacity and investment decisions
• maintain manufacturing KPI dashboards
• partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
• support continuous improvement, internal controls, inventory counts, and audits.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; eight or more years of manufacturing finance experience; and cost accounting experience. MBA, CPA, CMA, ERP, and continuous-improvement experience are preferred.
