Convenience Store Manager in Training

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and report feedback and actions to the District Manager
• maintain a clean, well-stocked, welcoming store
• complete daily administrative responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent
• be prepared to perform managerial duties when needed
• supervise and model positive conduct for employees
• execute company promotions and communicate them to store employees.
