What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive resident nursing care
• assess residents and evaluate changes in condition
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• provide skilled nursing procedures including wound care, IV therapy as permitted, tube feedings, suctioning, and catheter care
• supervise and guide nursing personnel
• develop and update care plans
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• complete clinical documentation.
