The position supports Meriton’s Project Ignite enterprise transformation, which is consolidating more than 20 operating companies onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Project Operations platforms. The analyst gathers and translates cross-functional requirements, contributes to a scalable platform template, maps project lifecycle processes, and supports testing, migration, deployment, and post-launch issue resolution. The work helps standardize project operations while documenting legitimate differences among operating companies.

What you'll do

• Contribute to D365 Project Operations template design
• assess scalability and document design decisions
• support entity discovery and readiness assessments
• facilitate requirements and fit-gap workshops
• translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• map project lifecycle processes and integrations
• develop and execute UAT scenarios
• support data migration, cutover, and hypercare
• create user guides and training materials.
