Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Westbrook, Maine. Compensation is $15.25–$19.00 per hour, inclusive of tips. The Wolak Group operates more than 90 Dunkin’ franchise locations and focuses on guest service and satisfaction. The Shift Leader helps coordinate restaurant operations and guide team members to deliver friendly service and safe, quality food and drinks. The role includes coaching employees and ensuring assigned duties are completed to support a consistent guest experience.

• Model and support operational excellence and exceptional guest service
