What you'll do

• Lead multiple projects as discipline lead
• perform engineering calculations
• oversee drawing development
• delegate design tasks and plan resources
• conduct quality assurance reviews and mentor
• act as Engineer of Record on assigned projects
• develop scope estimates and manage budgets
• oversee construction documents
• conduct field surveys and inspections and integrate findings into design
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• provide technical support and work direction
• represent KFI in meetings, site visits, and client interactions.
