What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations across operational, administrative, warehouse, and customer service activities
• coach and manage branch personnel
• set priorities aligned with company objectives, budgets, and performance standards
• manage budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, productivity, profitability, and WIP reporting
• monitor staffing and resource allocation
• analyze operational and financial metrics
• partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on workforce planning and development
• maintain customer, vendor, subcontractor, and local partner relationships
• address escalated customer and operational issues
• support business development and growth
• maintain safety and compliance
• communicate branch performance and needs to executive leadership.
