Patient Accounts Representative

The Patient Accounts Representative role is hybrid in Brighton, MA, with four days onsite and additional remote days at managerial discretion. Pay is $22–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Process and reconcile payer transactions, payments, EOBs, and cash receipts
• monitor insurance accounts receivable and follow up on denials
• work claims, charge review, denial, and overpayment accounts in Epic Revenue Cycle workqueues
• resolve claim edits and billing exceptions
• process refunds and adjustments
• validate and post charges
• prepare patient bills and third-party claims
• respond to billing inquiries
• maintain patient confidentiality.
