What you'll do

• Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate trades personnel
• train employees and recommend further training. Oversee employees operating and maintaining the 150-pound steam system, 5,000 HP air system, oily waste system, low-pressure air, and utility tunnel. Set priorities and schedules, allocate resources for preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure adherence to drawings, procedures, and specifications. May supervise outside contractors performing repairs and maintenance.
