What you'll do

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling building and grounds maintenance operations
• communicate with departments such as front desk and housekeeping
• ensure quality and timely in-house and contracted maintenance
• support preventive maintenance procedures
• assist other maintenance technicians as requested.
