What you'll do

• Examine patients and use X-rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures
• diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures
• clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth
• provide preventive services such as fluoride and sealants
• educate patients about oral and dental hygiene
• provide general dentistry services including diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative care, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
