What you'll do

• Analyze user and mission-partner requirements
• translate needs into SharePoint site designs, workflows, lists, and libraries
• support migration from deprecated features to modern SharePoint and Power Platform tools
• document requirements and configurations
• lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support
• manage ticket queues and SLA updates
• coordinate technical escalations
• monitor performance and user satisfaction
• support functional remediation and promote modern SharePoint adoption.
