What you'll do

• Manage café operations, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and reporting
• drive sales and manage cost of goods and labor
• review financial performance and implement improvements with leadership
• lead, hire, onboard, evaluate, and coach front- and back-of-house employees
• conduct performance reviews and training
• uphold hospitality standards and resolve guest concerns
• maintain café aesthetics
• partner on standard operating procedures, menu launches, marketing initiatives, and events.
