What you'll do

• Build and lead the global procurement and planning function
• develop global procurement strategy, supply and material planning, operations planning and analysis, SIOP leadership, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, inventory optimization, supply resilience, and multi-site operational analytics
• align operations across U.S. and Germany sites
• lead global or multi-site purchasing strategy, supplier management, MRP and supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional business planning
• improve ERP, procurement, planning, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decision-support capabilities
• travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, including regular travel among U.S. sites and periodic travel to Neunkirchen, Germany.
