The Toddler Teacher is an onsite, full-time role in Elk River, MN. The schedule may vary based on enrollment, staffing ratios, or operational needs, and shifts are not guaranteed to be eight hours. Compensation is $15–$19.50 per hour. Cadence Education provides early childhood education in warm, home-like environments and supports children, families, and educator development. The teacher supports daily classroom operations and curriculum delivery while helping create a safe, nurturing environment for toddlers. The role contributes to children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs and builds positive relationships with families while following safety and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom and welcoming relationships with children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers using approved tools
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
