What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and educational activities
• work with children individually or in small groups
• support classroom management, meals, and nap time
• document student progress and behavior
• maintain classroom cleanliness and supplies
• assist with toileting and diapering
• communicate with students, teachers, and parents
• follow school policies and child-care licensing requirements.
