What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to adult Emergency Room patients
• perform assessments, triage, monitoring, and emergency interventions
• initiate IV access and perform phlebotomy as required
• assist with conscious sedation and monitor patients
• administer medications and treatments
• recognize and respond to changes in condition
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• document care and follow facility safety and infection-control protocols.
