The analyst performs high-fidelity thermal modeling and analysis to assess product performance and reliability under extreme operating conditions. Working with design, manufacturing, and test teams, the role supports development, qualification, and production through model validation, test-data correlation, technical documentation, and design reviews.

What you'll do

• Conduct thermal modeling and analysis for components and systems
• perform transient and steady-state analyses of heat transfer, thermal gradients, and material response
• develop and validate models using tools such as Thermal Desktop, SINDA/FLUINT, and ITRAC
• assess insulation, ablative materials, and thermal protection systems
• correlate predictions with test data
• collaborate with design and manufacturing teams
• prepare technical reports and presentations
• participate in design reviews, failure investigations, and continuous improvement.
