What you'll do

• Enter data for inventory, orders, shipments, and customer information
• maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation
• process invoices, purchase orders, receiving paperwork, and shipping documents
• assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials
• prepare orders and paperwork for outgoing shipments
• answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• coordinate with warehouse staff, customers, vendors, and drivers
• research inventory discrepancies and help resolve order issues
• maintain organized files and records
• assist with material handling and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
