What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the West Region presales Solutions team
• own technical presales across discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proposals
• partner with Sales on territory and account strategies
• lead market-specific workshops
• manage technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
• ensure presales-to-Services handoffs
• build reusable demos and reference models
• track presales metrics
• represent the company at stakeholder forums and conferences.
