Inside Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Analyze customer parts spending to identify supplier opportunities
• support account managers and field sales with inbound requests, quotes, and order coordination
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• respond to parts inquiries and escalate issues
• coordinate pricing and availability with Supply Management
• provide requested back-order updates
• resolve returns and claims
• track conversion metrics
• travel up to 25% as needed.
