What you'll do

• Process sales, service, banking transactions, and operational tasks
• open and service accounts
• issue debit cards
• handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
• recommend solutions and refer members to specialists
• identify member financial needs
• assist with cash settlements, ATMs, and cash recyclers
• resolve member issues
• follow credit union policies and applicable regulations.
