What you'll do

• Produce marketing materials such as pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, and infographics using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• develop visual solutions for client materials
• trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations
• ensure firm branding standards
• coordinate deadlines and design requirements with workflow staff and clients
• complete billing and job-tracking administration
• support intake and workflow coordination when required
• perform quality control and buddy new starters after training.
