The Distribution Center Operations Manager role is onsite in Groveport, OH, with an annual salary of $111,473–$139,341. SK Food Group manufactures and sells food products for retail, convenience, vending, and transportation markets. Reporting to the Plant Director, the manager oversees warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, facility maintenance, and distribution costs. The role leads warehouse teams and improves safety, productivity, accuracy, and timely product movement in support of production and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Manage multi-shift receiving, shipping, and inventory operations
• develop warehouse safety programs, including in a -15-degree freezer environment
• supervise and develop warehouse personnel
• improve procedures, productivity, and costs
• maintain inventory accuracy and conduct audits
• coordinate product movement with internal and external customers
• work with Scheduling and Production to address shortages
• manage space and layout
• support audits and quality assurance
• manage the distribution center budget and report performance KPIs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field and at least seven years of warehouse or third-party logistics management experience, or equivalent combination. APICS certification is recommended.
