What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments, offices, models, and common areas
• clean lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
• sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• clean carpets, upholstered furniture, woodwork, windows, doors, and windowsills
• empty waste receptacles
• replace restroom supplies and light bulbs
• perform assigned make-ready duties.
